Whom have you become?

Have you ever sat down at the end of the day and wondered, “How the hell did my life get like this?” Or an even more scary question is, “Whose life is this?”
We all get derailed once in a while and need a little help to get back on track. Sometimes, we open our eyes and realize that we’d gotten on the wrong train and we’re chugging along in the middle of nowhere with other passengers who don’t know where they’re going either.
It’s bad enough that you don’t recognize the person you’ve become and you want desperately to be the person you were born to be. But how?
The worst part of going through any transition is that your friends, family and colleagues are quite content with that stranger occupying your space. They love you, but they don’t really want you to change because you fit nicely into their comfort zone.
Now you wonder: Who am I? What will make me happy? How do I get there?
So, where do you find the answers? Ahem! Drum roll please… you find them inside yourself! Go figure! If you search under your inner rocks and behind those overgrown shrubs, you will uncover your own landscape. Another revelation is that you will likely need someone else—an outsider who can see the whole forest—to help you turn over those rocks and prune those bushes.
Who could that possibly be? A life coach, of course! A coach can push you to excel. A coach can help you find balance in your life. And a coach will wake you from your nightmare so you can see your dreams again.
When you wake up screaming in the middle of someone else’s fantasy, it’s time to talk to a stranger who is only interested in helping you get to where you want to be. Get a coach!
